Not only did this fabulous cheese win a Supergold at the World Cheese Awards 2013 but it also made the final 15 selected by the supreme judging panel to compete for the World Champion trophy.

Cerney Pyramid has a fresh, mild creamy flavour with a lemony tang that builds as it matures.  Made by hand, the Cerney Pyramid is a full fat Valencay-type cheese made with Cerney’s unique starter and hand-coated in sea salt and ash.

Since 1983 Cerney Cheese has been producing by hand a range of award-winning specialist goat’s cheeses in the Cotswold village of North Cerney in Gloucestershire.

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
